I got some ideas as well but it involves a lot of illegal stuff...so I'll say nothing.

Use it to infiltrate E3 so that you don't need to pay for the tickets to obtain the news (If I recall Correctly, This year's ticket price has almost doubled from last year's E3)

I got it,

Sneak into Square Enix HQ and pretend to be a ghost. Haunt them with the message to put all resources on Versus XIII, oh and also localize Type-0.

At least that's what I would do.
