Quote:Welcome back to another episode of DarkFeed, the weekly show that gives you all the big news in the gaming industry, but in a bite sized portion. You walk away from the table feeling full, but not stuffed to the point of vomiting. The perfect amount of video game nutrition. After all, it does the body good... kind of.

well, this is certainly a tough choice. To continue as a news show loses the main entertainment factor, but to continue as a G-Mod series loses all purpose. What about a middle ground where you have the story driven series on your YT channel, but keep the news portion for GU with occasional snipits of the story when you actually progress it along?
Or maybe go about it in such a way that the news is the story?

hmmmmm...honestly I would say Option A & C, but if I had to pick 1 it would be Option A. Most Video game News show only concentrate on the news firstly.

Too bad you can't do the news on GU and do the storyline on your channel, that would be the best for both worlds. For some reason I don't think it's that simple. I hope this comment helps a little.

For the same reasons as Zero has explained, I find it difficult to decide between storyline and news.
Is it possible to make it a bi-weekly or even a monthly thing? You could then make it more of a 'highlights' show of the news (as opposed to reporting all/most of the news like you do now) featuring the storyline while reducing your workload.

If I were to make it a Gmod series in YT, I'd definitely incorporate important video game news into it in one way or another. Because the news IS part of the DarkFeed storyline.
Unfortunately, there is no way I can possibly do both a news show here AND a gmod series on yt. I'm just one man.
Never the less, You are still fairly new to DarkFeed. If DarkFeed ends up on my channel, I hope you'll follow it there.
Thank you Zero :}

If DarkFeed was on my channel (Option C) it WOULD be either bi-weekly or monthly and it would still incorporate the biggest video game news from the previous weeks or month. Don't forget that the news is part of the storyline of DarkFeed.
The reason why it would be on my YouTube is because it would help me out directly, help me gain subscribers and what not.

In any case, You've been really awesome Pvt. Conrdogg. If DarkFeed ends up on my channel, I hope you'll join me on TheDarkSkyKingdom

I think I've found a compromise Hunter, Option C will now incorporate the news but would either be bi-weekly or monthly.
Either way, You've been awesome man. I hope you'll join me on youtube.

How about a combination of C & D? Keep the story only show as your main youtube show. Then every once in a while have a "sidequest" show on which you talk about what's happening in gaming & stuff.

For sure, you can move to 3-4 week schedule. Then you can comment on the news highlights, and still have narrative.

Also, I would argue to try and make slightly longer episodes, even if it takes more time to make them.

Overall, DSK, if you continue to make creative videos, we will continue to watch them!
