Final Fantasy Union Questions Thread

Hey everyone, this is the listeners questions thread for the Final Fantasy Union podcast (formerly The FXN Final Fantasy Podcast). If you want to hear your Final Fantasy related questions answered on Final Fantasy Union, just submit them in this thread! If you're want to post a question for Kingdom Hearts Union, it has it's own Questions Thread here.

Ask anything (that's appropriate) about Final Fantasy you like. You can also ask about podcast related topics, general gaming, whatever! Final Fantasy questions are most likely to get picked up, but you never know.

Simple Rules

1. DO NOT answer questions that people ask in this thread.

All questions in this thread are solely for the podcast. This is not a discussion thread. Posts breaking this rule will be deleted, and the user who posted their answer will be temporarily banned from asking questions. Basically in the dog house.

2. Ask good questions.

Don't ask us our favourite colours please, because we'll never chose stupid questions to answer on the podcast.

3. Ask as many or as few questions as you want.

Post one question, or post eight, fine by us!

Three easy rules! Yay. Not all questions will make it onto the show, but keep trying. If your question didn't make it, we might use it on a later episode, or we may have decided not to use it. Reasons for deciding against using a question include: it has an obvious answer; terrible grammar/spelling; we already answered that question in a past episode; the question is inappropriate; the question is RIDICULOUSLY long. There are other reasons, but those are the ones off the top of my head.

Finally:

Use proper spelling and grammar!
Jamie, Lauren, David and I appreciate your questions!

P.S. This is a new questions thread, questions from the former thread are saved on my computer and will be used with new questions.

Some fans are upset by Square Enix's decision to use the song "My Hands" by Leona Lewis as the English main theme song for FF-XIII, instead of just translating Kimi Iru Kara, Final Fantasy XIII's Japanese theme song, into English. Many speculate this was a move to appeal to new audiences. What are you guy's thoughts on the matter? Did SE make the right choice?

What do you guys think about the US & Eu box art for FF XIII?

I would prefer to have just the logo on the front and continue with the European/Japanese tradition...
But I don't mind it too much.

Compared to the previous titles in America, it is much more minimalistic. Thoughts?

Question 2) I know this is a pretty generic question, but with the game releasing in Japan in a few weeks, there is not much left to find out about XIII unless you want to spoil the story.
So my question is... Which game do you want to play most after completing FF XIII in the coming months? There are plenty to chose from thanks to MW2

Which console do you think Final Fantasy XIII will sell the most on PS3 or 360 (both including and excluding Japan as it is exclusive to PS3 there) and which region do you think it will sell the most copies in?

What do you think about the impressions of Final Fantasy XIII that have come out. How the game is very linear (at least until the very end) no overworld, minimal items to be used in combat and how story isn't up to par with past FF games.

Does any of this have FFU worried, or do you think the impressions that we have heard thus far are being too hard since Final Fantasy games tend to have some people who are overly hard on their reviews/judgments on the series.

So far, who do you think your favourite FFXIII character is? Lighting has been given a lot of time on screen, does this make her more apealing to you?
