Preferred party members - Gaming Union Forums

plain and simple. In each FF, what is your preferred party

for me it is

FF1:
Fighter (or Warrior depending on which version your playing)
Red Mage
Black Mage
White Mage

A well balanced party. Very powerful when you level their job classes

FF2:
it isn't very variable, except for member #4, in which i think i like Mindu (or Mihn or Minwu depending on the version)

FF3:
Again, not very variable, except for the fact that you can change their job classes.... Using the DS version as the example i would say that my party is
Luneth - Knight
Arc - Dragoon
Refia - Red Mage
Ingus - Ninja or Samurai i think

FF4:
Cecil
Kain
Rydia
Rosa
Edge

FF5:
Bartz - Knight
Faris - Theif
Guluf - umm.... Geomancer
Reina - Dancer
IDK, the jobs just seem to suit them for some reason...

FF6:
Terra
Locke
Mog
Sabin

FF7:
Cloud
Vincent
Cid

FF8:
Squall
Irvine
Selphie

FF9:
Zidane
Vivi
Dagger
Freya

FF10:
Tidus

My favourite team. I played the original NES version, so it was kinda hard making money so I could get my RM and Fighter good weapons. (Especially swords, omg ;___; )

@Tagi- in X they can all do 99,999 damage. That's why I use Tidus and Wakka. Their overdrives do it several times over.

Yea, they get rather expensive to equip, but it is worth it in the end, as you can level them up to Knight, Red Wizard, White Wizard, and Black Wizard, and that means the strongest spells and the 2 strongest swords in the game: Excaliber and Masamune. The Excaliber can only be equiped by Knights, but that Masamune, which is even stronger than Excaliber, can be equipped by everyone!!! even your white mage, which will have the weakest attack available........ i know this game too well i think....
