FF is really popular here. Most of the people I know have heard about most games. Some of them even know what I'm talking about when I mention Aerith's death. There's also a lot of TV commercials for FF XIII

well I seem to end up being friends with people that enjoy what I enjoy and I LOVE JRPG's so the people I'm usually around with here love to talk about FF. Sounds a bit nerdy but I'm a gamer at heart so at lunch my friends and I would sometimes just randomly start talking bout FF and some people just hear about it through ads and commercials so I think it is pretty popular here.... Though since it's America I'd say Halo beats FF in popularity though I heavily object...
