During Christmas my family always give me money because they don't know exactly what I want. Since the boxing week sale starts tomorrow do you plan on buying anything with your holiday money, if not what do you plan to buy in the near future with your holiday money.

I just purchased Metal Gear Solid 4(I couldn't find that game anywhere) and a 500 GB upgrade for my PS3 from Amazon.

I plan on getting ACR and Battlefield 3, Reistance 3 doomsday pack killzone 3, A bluetooth headset and maybe portal 2 but not all at once.

I like to save my money until I see something I want through the year. My birthday is in a week's time as well, so if I am desperate for something in the sales then I can ask for it without having to spend any of my Christmas money. I think a decent amount is going to be spent generally going out with friends and stuff this coming year.

I only got money from my gramps (he does every year) and I spent it on my car payment (hehe).. I'm clever I know.

My answer would likely have been the same if I hadn't filled up on Christmas Eve Eve So instead about half of mine has so far gone on our fortnightly food shop, and the other half will either go on games or toward a bigger monitor for my computer.

Also, my brother gave me a Game gift card, which might go on an Xbox game for my (other) brother's birthday, which is next week.

Cash and Giftcards are always a funny thing because even though they are great cause you get to choose what you want, it's hard to remember someone when you see what you bought. Like I have a bear given to me by my mom when I was in the hospital at a young age, easy to remember. However, games I bought with cash from gifts, I can't remember who gave me the money.

I avoid gifting money as it's impersonal (to me), but it is impossible to avoid sometimes. Especially for someone like my Grandpa.
