Actually, they dropped support because of consumer pressure. It seems people on both sides of the aisle (albeit not the Congressman themselves) hate this bill as soon as they learn about it.

Once again I am pleased to see Anonymous showing some humanity, and not resorting to anarchic methods after achieving their ultimate goal.

At least Anonymous had the courtesy to call off the attack for once. Although I wouldn't be surprised if one of their less loyal members decided to attempt a hack by themselves... Anonymous technically has no control over what its own members do, since there are no real leaders among them.

Yeah but their strength lies in their numbers. One person isn't going to take down Sony by themselves.
