I was all pumped at the beginning because it looked like old school horror RE.... then Chris showed up and it went to RE5 all over again..

I wish they would just stop trying to be another Gears of War and go back to what made them great.

Oh well that's just my feelings on it. At least RE:Revelations has that old feel to it from what I played of the demo.

My take is that the Leon parts will have classic Resident Evil while the Chris parts will have the new RE5 parts. I'm not too sure on the new character parts since we don't even know who he is, although he is with Ashley. I don't think there will be much protecting Ashley since she has a pistol this time around XD. I always did want to give her my broken butterfly.

I agree, I had that same feeling, just didn't want to assume seeing as it got a little more fast pace at the end with Leon. It would be somewhat logical though. Leon is handling the home invasions and quiet streets, where's Chris is in the military fray with the biological mutations. Leon handles the story and eerie, while Chris handles the destruction.

Meh.. I'd be happy if half my game was given back to me

From what I'm hearing, that girl isn't Ashley...it's our grown up Sherry Birkin!!!! If that's the case, it's been a long time since we've seen her (discounting Darkside)...

It seems like I'm the only guy around here who likes the changes done to the RE series...XD Give me more action!!! And less of the horror...XD
