XIII was my first "real" FF game and i liked the story and world it was set it. In this game, it seems to expand in a different way so im looking forward to that. And i especially am interested because they're integating more of the Fabula Nova Crystallis lore...

XIII was my first Final Fantasy game, and even though it was one of the most disliked by the veteran fans, I really enjoyed it. Especially the Paradigm battle system, which was nearly flawless despite being unable to control allies and movement. The battle system really made you strategize your battles, especially after reaching Gran Pulse. The story was a little... meh, but overall, I'd say it was a really great experience!

I'm excited because I've been a fan ever since my brother introduced me to the Final Fantasy series and FFXIII is my absolute favorite since I love Lightning so much!!! TOMORROW!!!

I'm excited why? Because after about 10 years of playing Final Fantasy, XIII was a odd relief in the terms of linearity and paradigm shifts - I loved that part. Sure I lost interest here and there for a few weeks at a time but as more hours builded up the game play slowly gets better and more challanging. Then I played the demo and loved it and I am tempted to get it later but not pre-ordering.
