As people may know, I collect FF handhelds and consoles.

When FFXIII-2 was released, a limited edition PS3 was released in Japan -320gb hard drive. The console had an image of Lightning - see photo.

For those who did not wish to purchase the PS3, there was a plastic cover with Lightning to "wrap" around a PS3 slim as a means of personalisation - see photo.

This PS3 is one of two FF edition PS3s. The other one is FFXIII (the original).

The PS3 sells for around $US600 outside of of Japan (delivery costs).

The plastic case to wrap a PS3 is $US50.

I must say...If I were to get only 1 PS3...I would get this one...Cause that is one sexy PS3...Now if only it had backward compatibility...Then I would love it more...XD

It's more expensive than buying local standard PS3.

The alternative is the plastic case - cheaper.

One thing that I have not discussed is the Collector editions of the FF III-2 games. There is the crstal edition and the Collector's edition. I have the former.

I have left it for others to present and discuss.

A plastic case? Did not know they had such a thing...might look into for a new PS3 I'm gonna have to get for myself eventually..if you can't get the real deal...might as well get the next best thing...XD

Pretty awesome. My only critique is that I'm all for Lightning's pink hair, but not the pink writing. Great stuff as always firefly.
