When FF XIII was released, Square Enix released a limited Edition FF console (160 gb hard drive), a controller and a PS3 carry bag. All three items were sold throughout Asia. Each of the items were sold separately.

The boxes for the PS3 and the controller had pictures of the game - all very nice (don't throw out the box!)

The PS3 Carry bag was a bit of unknown since there is no FF emblem. Also people don't see PS3 as a portable console although the PS3 slim is not too heavy.

The pictures below show (from my own PS3 and sorry for the poor photos).

In terms of rarity, the carry bag is hard/rare to find ($US30), the controller (($US45) hard to find and the PS3 relatively common ($US500). Prices are indicative and exclude postage from somewhere in Asia (Hong Kong or Japan).

In contrast when FFXIII-2, the only limited edition items (directly related to the console) was the PS3 only. (Apart from the game itself).

This PS3 , controller and carry bag form another part of my collection.

Nice stuff. Personally don't care much for the PS3 and bag, but would really like to get a hold of one of the controllers. I like the design/placement idea for it.

A carry bag for a PS3 seems somewhat hilarious to me, don't really know why. :')

I agree that the controller would appeal to more existing PS3 users especially if you need a second controller for the multi-playing games.


My PS3 just sits on a bench and I don't really move it let alone take it over to my friend's place as an example. Hence the carry bag is not used or really practical.

The less my PS3 moves the better. I always VERY carefully move it from room to room if I need. It feels solid but yet whispers, "I'll break foo!"

Ah, I wouldn't buy it for use. I'd put it for show! That Lightning would just get scuffed off after much use.

The bag is a meh for me...I wouldn't carry anything in that thing...It's just not attractive...As for the controller, that's cool looking, but it could be better...SE just didn't do so well with this, I think.
