It's clear they're doing this to get a bigger Western audience. I mean, why else would you include cameos from these incredibly successful franchises other than to gain profit out of the Western world?

Can you honestly see Serah or Noel wearing Shepard's armor? I can't. It doesn't fit in the Final Fantasy world, so why does Square bother with including Western games with Japanese RPG settings? It just doesn't fit.

i guess this dlc is weird and it's only logic is lightning is liara. otherwise very weird and unoriginal. i mean if make crossover it would be more acceptable if it a kh or a soulcalibur one. that is why i like the ac costume cause it fantasish and tri ace of soulcalibur (the game ezio was in) was part of development. heck with the ac thing they even waited to let the ac/sc crossover lay low. All i say is the guys in last weeks ffu podcast wanted ideas of outsourcing and said bioware to make the next game. well here we go and i for one am not happy about this as i did not like me2 at all after playing 2 times and analizing my experience. at least it is a choice. at least it a choice
