Found these new screenshots of Assassin's Creed III on the gaf. The game is looking pretty awesome. Can't wait to see some of that tree climbing action. Tongue

That last screenshot basically confirmed Dual Wielding. Can't wait for this game.

Dual wielding has been confirmed Smile Connor's able to wield muskets, knives and his really awesome hatchet at the same time. It's a step up from the secondary actions seen in the previous games imo.

Yea, the dual wielding is definitely in there. He typically carries the tomahawk and knife as the default pair. However, you can even buy Sledgehammers as primary weapons.

Have they shown any Hidden Blade techniques yet for ACIII regarding anything but mainly dual wielding?

They haven't shown any gameplay footage, but I believe the hidden blade is there on top of dual wielding. If anything, I think dual wielding is an option, and not just a default, or at least I hope so. Tongue

Thanks Colin. I was getting really worried that Ubisoft weren't putting the Hidden Blade in. Why aren't they advertising it much? It seems to be all about the axe.
