Protoman (Megaman): granted, we already have X and Zero from the X series, but what about Protoman? why should he get no love?
Megaman Volnutt (Megaman Legends): I don't think I need to go into detail

Sega:
Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog): He's the friggen mascot of Sega for crying out loud!
Ryo Hazuki (Shenmue): Bit of a radical thought, but with how much love we've been seeing for Ryo from both the fans and Sega themselves as of late, I'm almost shocked to learn there is no mention
Opa Opa (Fantasy Zone): just in cameo, nothing more. I think true Sega fans would appreciate it

Namco:
Pac-Man: Like with Opa Opa, just in cameo somewhere.
Helba (.hack): C'mon, a badass hacker chick? why not?
Balmung and Orca (.hack): first off, with Kite in, it almost seems wrong not to add in the infamous 'Descendants of Fionna', especially with Orca being Kite's best friend in and outside of 'The World'
Haseo (.hack//G.U.): just because he should.
Kalas (Baten Kaitos): Just because that game needs more love!

Ugh, this game kind of solidifies my feeling of Valkyria Duel being a fighting game for Valkyria Chronicles. Please be not so....

On topic. First, I agree with Darryl. Second, this needs Edy and Elysse love on the Valkyria Chronicles side.
