That wouldn't be wizard at all.

I would have to make up a new meta and go with cards like Gambit or TF.
But staying FF specific, it would be a couple mythril swords from FF Tactics. Can't go wrong with dual wield counter. That is pretty wizard.

It's not actually as bad as you might think if we're talking about the normal sized katana it's more just the fact you have to consider where everything is in relation to you and readjust your stance to accommodate for an inclosed space. Sephiroth's sword on the other hand is a whole different story at that point you may just end up having to use it as a spear.

@fenna75: Not sure if summons would be considered a weapon, but if so, I'd definitely go with it. Why get a spear, sword, or axe when you can have the knights of the round use 12 different weapons for you? hah

Well, most places didn't even seem to have roofs! *buh dum tss* Or it could be that Sephiroth was actually quite dwarf. So it gives the illusion that it's a long katana.

I was bored so I did a bit of research. Sephiroth is 6'1" tall according to the FFVII manual. Going by the original artwork by Nomura his sword would be a bit over 7 feet long. The Kingdom Hearts artwork would put it at over 8 feet. I checked out a hi res Dissidia character model and the Masamune would've been over 10 feet long which seems kind of excessive.

I wonder if it'll keep growing as the years go on.

If I chose a typical weapon I would choose a gunblade/sniper. But as long as this is a final fantasy forum I can choose anything right? I choose....
Either a bladed sniper with an attachable machine gun (like barret's)on the side... Or a chocobo. They are pretty universal.

I think hitting people with a chocobo is illegal in some regions. Might want to stick with the gun.
