The US release date is July 31 right? Well, it was just announced that Europe's release date is July 20. How come they're getting it before us when they usually get it after us? I don't understand.

Yes you're dates are correct, US-31, EU-20. Sometimes it just happens that way. Perhaps scheduling, localizing issues, promotional timelines, holidays. Who knows but SquareEnix ^_^

Late release dates don't bother me, unless it's something like Crisis Core where the European/Australian release was about three months after the North American release. What really bothers me is when we miss out on games all together (Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories I'm looking at you).

Um yes.... American's do speak English, they don't re-voice the characters to have accents.
