How do I survive the Mass Effect 2 Suicide Mission?

I slowly getting to the end of Mass Effect 2 and I know that it ends with a Suicide Mission How do I survive that? Is it a decision you make in the game or is it gameplay that determines your fate? Please help me. I really want to import the ME3.

Yeah basically you need to get everybody's loyalty and upgrade the Normandy as much as possible which should guarantee survival through the Omega 4 relay, and then make the right choices of squad members for the right jobs (you'll see what I mean) during the final mission itself. That chart seems to be really good though. Wink

The chart seems to be the best help just a little advice there is a little dispute between Jack & Miranda and Tali & Legion, so if you don't have enough Paragon/Renegade points. One person of each dispute might not survive unless you get 100% in Paragon/Renegade before the suicide mission.

Beat the Suicide mission with everyone survived. Thanks for the help guys and especially MSJ for the flow chart. Tons of help from it.
