I'd say the subtext says a little more. It's a a strong affirmation that localizing Tales games is hard. If anything, I'd say this means the probability of another localization has dropped.

I think the games haven't been doing to well in North America because most of the hard core/older gamers out there all play 1st person shooters and they don't play much else. I know my cousin use to be that way. What happened to the days when most everyone played RPGs?
