Is this gonna change anything? I don't think so because parents don't even look at the rating of the game. If they did I bet there would be less kids playing on online multiplayers.

It seems they're hoping the "major awareness campaign" will fix that.

Selling a game to a minor can get you sent to prison...Hm...a bit harsh for my tastes...I mean, it's a threatening punishment that retailers would hate, but the bigger problem is the parents, and they need to be punished if they ignorantly buy a mature game for their children.
