65% completion with only four months left? This is confirming all of my worries about how the Tales games are currently being developed and I find the Emil costume ironically fitting. Next time, instead of giving us two rushed projects, why don\'t they give us one complete one? I remember playing Destiny Remake and seeing the trailers for Vesperia and thinking that the series was just gonna keep getting better, but if they keep this kind of development schedule, I doubt it ever will.

Granted it could just be non-story stuff that isn't finished, i.e. stuff that's easy enough to finish up before release.

I'm going to glass-half-full and agree there. Typically with RPGs (namely Tales) the main characters/story/progression is usually a small portion of the game. Then all the extras are the other chunk.

It could also be in reference to things like polish, environments, monotonous coding, as well as bug testing/fixing. Most all games ship directly after it's completion. They set their goal, just as any company does. This is no different than any other near yearly Tales title in development time if I recall. Best yet, Namco/Bandai can turn out this title faster than the original as they have already built their foundation on the PS3 with the original's creation.
