In my opinion this is the safest best Square has to make money and the amount of work needed to bring this over wouldn't be that much. So stay hopeful!

Kinda seems odd that KHII isn't being included in this, unless they are wanting to do a 2.5 remix that include KHII and BbS (since most of the art assets are hi-res).

I'm gonna lol if this stays in Japan only.

This makes me extremely happy, but extremely angry at the same time. On the one hand I get an HD remake of KH and 358/2 Days which will be pretty cool. On the other hand no KH2 or BBS which means there will probably be a second HD collection. So it'll end up costing me $80+ dollars if I want to play these games. I also see this as a confirmation that KH3 won't be coming out for AT LEAST another 2 years. Depressing. To end this on a positive note, once the collection comes out I can probably just download KH 1 on PSN, so that'll be great.

YAAAAYYY1!!!! and WTF? If this game get localised, it'll be the first time many European, Australia and other PAL areas get Re:CoM. Lately I've been wanting to go back and play KH1 & 2 but I'll play Re:CoM until 2.5 ReMIX is announced. But WTF? Why is 358/2 Days only cutscenes? I understand that upscaling a DS game to HD must be hard but the cutscenes were nearly PS2 quality which makes for easy conversion. The reason for this must be so that people can catch up in the story. It must mean that.

Theory (Might come true). Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX will include KHII, BbS in HD with trophies and Re:coded (and maybe KH3D) cutscenes in HD.

That's one thing I noticed too, so If this does get localized...I can stop searching countless retro stores for a GBA copy of CoM.

That's general theory buzzing around, and most likely too, which would probably make sense, considering the fact that SE need to give a story refresher for the new fans, as well as the old fans who just can't be bothered to care the last 6 years.

We all knew this was going to happen! I think it makes sense for Square Enix to try and split this out over two collections. Nobody else has done one with more than 3 games in, I think?
