If you don't like what's in a certain game, then just don't buy it. Seriously, choosing what games can and can't be sold or rented is sorta stupid.

Well, it happens in some countries. Though, as Lukar said, the buyer should be smart enough to know what they'll be getting.

You know it's funny that this kind of thing is happening at the same time as Germany repealing it's ban on blood in video games. Totally different perspectives, while Germany, a nation constantly fearing another hitler has come to realize that video games are harmless to children's mental health, California is trying to go the other way, instead of making the parents do their homework, although admittedly it is a slightly different situation
