To put it rather bluntly, Square-Enix has royally f**ked up their project management this generation, and no doubt Kingdom Hearts is suffering as a direct cause of it, much to the dismay of a begging, pleading fanbase.

These problems apply to pretty much all their franchises, though. When they're relying on a company they bought out after it went bankrupt (Eidos) to save them, there are problems.

I'm seeing this train wreck to the end, specifically KH3. As of right now I see no reason to continue beyond that, or play ANY new Square Enix game for that matter.

Square as a company needs radical change, and that seems unlikely to happen under the current regime.

I'm not really bothered as I've enjoyed all of the side games (except CoM) and they've all contributed to the main story (except Coded). It does seem like they've made some bad decisions along the way though. They'd have to be completely oblivious to not know that a lot of the fans are unhappy with the way things are going.

I guess the casual KH fan is never going to be bothered enough to collect all the different platforms just to play the games that aren't even part of the main series. But I have to admit, true hardcore fans like myself will not be shaken off so easily!

that's really impossible at this point unfortunately, and considering the Ps4 announcement, most likely KH III will only get released on the Ps4, since Square Enix didn't even start working on KH III
