[COLOR="Blue"]Square Enix President and CEO Yoichi Wada has finally acknowledge the fan demand of Final Fantasy VII and has said that the Japanese publisher is willing to “explore” the possibility of remaking game. According to Wada:

Right now we don’t have a clear direction, but many fans have requested we remake Final Fantasy VII. We’re going to explore the possibility – whether or not we’re going to do it, if we’re going to do it, and the platform.

Last time we check, FF XIII producer Yoshinori Kitase has said:

If it were possible that we had all the right facilities and the right environment to be able to make and prepare a Final Fantasy VII remake within a year, we'd very much like a go at it!

We do care Xephoni, this is a gaming forum designed to discuss all sorts of news, topics and everything else.
If you have a problem with what is being discussed please don't feel the need to bash whatever subject simply because you feel that "FF7 sucks hardcore".
If you feel that FF7 sucks hardcore, why would you insist on posting on a thread with 'FFVII' in the title?

That being said, i remember a time where i bashed FF12 to your disliking, seeing that you were upset by this i promptly apologised for my behaviour and everything was set straight. I only hope you will follow this example and be more foward-thinking next time rather than simply insult something you don't like. I'm not angry in any way, just please don't make a habit of it.

If you don't like FF7 then don't go on FF7 threads. Simples

Keith, I was being sarcastic. FF7 is the reason I play the series and got into it. It's just this threads about this remake have been all over the place for months now (and especially over the past few weeks)

I do share the same sentiments as Xephoni though. An FFVII remake would be awesome, but the endless rumours and recently open-ended statements (that confirm nothing) by Square are simply becoming...old.

A remake would be nice. But i think they should leave it be. Why re-make a solid retro game? For the graphics? No thanks. Graphics don't make a game imo it's the storyline and the characters that and the battle system and materia growth I think it would ruin it if I'm honest :/
