Due to an influx of new members joining the PS3 clan over the past few weeks, there have been some issues uncovered in our current PS3 gaming schedule. Therefore a revise of the ground rules is in order.
It has been decided by a number of the regular clan members that Uncharted 2 becomes our main focus game, and one that deserves a regular, weekly slot of 10pm – 1am GMT on Saturday. Please feel free to come along and check it out.

Skype is used for the voice chat over talking in-game, as it allows us to talk freely with one another and discuss any problems we may be having trying to join each other’s parties etc. Currently, the maximum amount of people we have in the Skype chat room is 20 – which is the maximum Skype can handle for voice calling. Therefore, if the number of people clanning increases, some people who are not clanning on that night will have to be removed (A temporary solution – you will of course be able to return). Spectators are welcome to join in and chat with us if the room isn't already full.

The PS3 clan can of course organise other games to play. Such games should be discussed below in this thread to determine the time at which you want to play them. If you and other people are playing Uncharted 2, also feel free to use this thread to ask any other members to come and join you last minute. (Twitter is a good way of getting peoples attention too)

To determine the current “main game” we will have a vote every 2 months between all members so that it is a fair. This will take into account what games people own – as we can’t own every game. Currently, most people have Uncharted 2 and enjoy it a lot so we have settled on that game.

So, to summarise:
Uncharted 2 is our current Main Game.
Clan meets for our Main Game are Saturday 10pm – 1am GMT (Sunday morning)
Skype is used for voice chats.
Other games are allowed, organise between yourselves below. Twitter recommended.
Vote every 2 months for Main Game.

To make this clear – this is the PS3 Clan thread. Other games on other systems need to be organised in another thread.

This sounds like a good plan. I like this this idea. This is a lot more organized then our previous rules. Voting works for me, but I'm going to vote when its a game I don't own. I think thats fair.

It's nice to see that the clan is gaining much momentum! I can remember it now! Caleb started Gamer Nights, then those that had ps3s at the time created the "Clan" as an attempt to better organize events, then we got "Clan 2.0" to emphasize the clan's growth and Skype integration!
