Agent and I'm Alive are available last time I checked for pre order on play.

I'm Alive isnt a survival horror like Resi etc I saw a video last year showing a guys normal working day and then running for his life, but not running becuase of monsters but because he had water and some people wanted it lol

I believe this was being made by Ubisoft Montreal. It was going to be a survival horror title, but just like Agent, nothing has been heard about it since its announcement.

I believe we'll be seeing a lot more of this this year, as Ubisoft's 2009 big titles are out of the way now obviously.

It's actually being developed by Ubisoft Shanghai.

It's still survival horror, just not in the sense that you are thinking of. It's horror because all the other people in the city will try to kill you for your resources..or something. So it's creepy in that sense. It will probably have a Day/Night cycle.
