what is the worst game you ever played?
Thanks for the info! (Yup, can you tell it's been a while since I've been on forums consistently >.<) Still gonna respond to yours like this so you get some personalized attention before batch responding!
The worst game I ever played. Wow, that's definitely a tough call, because I've played some pretty bad games, but I'd have to say Resident Evil 0 for the Nintendo Gamecube. The story was a very weak entry into the series (which is hard to do considering how badly written some of the Resident Evil stuff is...) with two pointless characters, one of whom which you never see again, and the other shows up in the original game...before also falling off the face of the earth. It felt like a retread of one, mixed in with the worst controls I've ever experienced. It was just terrible, I turned it off and returned it same day.
I've played some epically bad games like House of the Dead, but those are not even trying to take themselves seriously, and it makes me love House of the Dead: Overkill even more. RE0 however, was a very serious entry that was just epically tragic, and wasn't bad enough to be funny.
"You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe."
