After last Sundays ... errr... weird ending with the Aston Martin Vantage V12 BEAST there has been a lot of rumours that Top Gear might be ending, or Clarkson might be leaving.
I just think it is because as cars are getting greener and greener, crazy cars like the new Vantage will not be around for much longer.
What do you guys think about the ending of the last episode this series? It was weird though, right?

Yeah, I know. Its just gone to Australia, so thats another few million that will be watching.
It already pulls in loads in the UK and US too... I don't think they'll end it. Or at least they shouldn't

I never really liked the show if I'm honest. It might have been because Richard Hammond is quite possibly the most annoying TV presenter around, but I generally found it quite boring.

There's no way they're going to end the show. Yeah it was a bit of a random ending to the series but Top Gear is one of the most popular tv shows on the BBC drawing in audiences even from countries outside the UK- it would just be a stupid idea for them to pull it when it's doing so successfully. Yeah there could be the problem of the world becoming a much "greener" place but they could just start doing less reviews and more challenges, which are frankly the most entertaining parts in my mind.

I thought it was meant to be more of a 'touching ending' than a 'bye forever ending'. Suppose we'll only know for sure by the Autumn. Besides, I haven't known the show to be much more popular than it is now so I don't think they'll finish it just yet
