^Aww. The link takes you to a page that I can't view due to 'privacy settings', which is fair enough. You don't want any random guy looking at your FB profile.

I'm sure it's great!

"All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible. This I did." - T.E Lawrence

I've been playing piano for 7 years. I don't think I'm that great, but I can pretty well.

One of these days I'll get lessons! Big Grin

I'm a singer who shifted from being trained as a Musical Tenor to an Operatic Lyric Baritone and I play Trombone. I used to play guitar and piano but gave those up. I also plan to study Classical Singing when I finish high school, so yeah, music really is my life.

I mostly play piano, guitar, bass and drums... but I get nervous quite easily and then my brain and motor skills lock up Sad. I used to have a lot of music in my life, but then I got more and more obsessed about degrees and career development and all that. I discovered I literally couldn't live without music, so I recently decided to put together a little studio in my home.

I love doing MIDI orchestration, but it's a bit painful because I'm a total noob. Anyway, if you want to have a listen:

I wrote this because I really miss Rick Moranis. I grew up watching a lot of 90's comedies... I just really wish he would come back :'(

If you are interested in sheet music and MIDIs, check out my thread called Music Arrangements.

I've been trying to learn piano lately. Out of all the instruments I've fancied over the years, the piano has always been my favorite.

KEEP AT IT!^^

Piano is an amazing & lovely instrument, and it's deceivingly hard to learn. But that just makes you feel all the more accomplished when you play a long, hard piece.

I rather disagree with that statement Big Grin
I find that the piano is relatively easy to learn, it just takes a lot of patience.

Hmm, I suppose it depends...For the easily distracted and unethically lazy like me, it's hard XD.

I agree with you both, Zero and akisura. It is easy to learn and get your head around. But it is another time to master it. There is so much technique involved, its amazing!

Wow, that's cool! :) If you ever wanna work on something together, that'd be mad fun! I think FFX-2 needs more love <3. Such an underrated soundtrack :(.

I couldn't open any of those Finale files (muuse, muzz, moose? how do you even...) though *sadface*. Have you seen musescore.com? It's... like... YouTube for sheet music XD. Here's a sample (press space to play... very nifty, innit? :P)

Yeah :). You can probably tell by my fingering that I'm no trained pianist :/. Things would probably be much easier if I could play the "proper" way... but where's the fun in that? :P
