I think there should be a link back to the front page up near the top of the forums. I only see one at the bottom, and it seems pretty awkward to scroll to the bottom to get back to the top of the site(so to speak).

You know, I would have to agree that that's a good idea. It does get kinda annoying to have to scroll all the way down, or retype (or just remove the /forums.... from the address bar) just to get back to the main page

Skin the forums? Well, ya see, ya grab a knife, or a spoon I suppose, and then you start at the top and take off a thin layer of "Design". Then ya put it on the barby with some steamed vegetables!

If we're going for a GU-like look (and vice-versa for the other Union skins), I'd probably be able to do it easily enough, since IIRC vB uses CSS for their skins.
