For your avatar, I have to give it a 7/10. The overall design is cute, but it seems too be faded. And the primary color of orange doesn't have that kind of brightness that I expect with that color.
As for the signature, I'm going to have to give a 6/10. That moving Vocaloid is distracting from the overall signature. The picture is nice, with the seemingly aged look, but again, it just doesn't seem vibrant enough.
