Are there any tennis fans on the boards?

Wimbledon started on Monday, but there haven't really been any major talking points so far. Having said that, it looks like Djokovic is just about to go out to Safin. Could this mean that Safin is "in the mood" to actually play?

We'll have to see won't we. You already know who I want to win and you'd prolly as soon as strangle me for it Tongue

Then again I am gonna root for Murray as well, although it looks like he could end up facing against Nadal quite early on the way things are currently looking. Don't really fancy his chances against him ;;

I hope for once that Nadal can win Wimbeldon, it would be good that Federer wouldn't win it for once.

Nobody made the "Henman has as much chance as always to win" joke yet.

I don't want Nadal to win either. I wouldn't mind Federer winning but I kinda wanna see someone else prove themselves.

I was quite surprised at Murray's last win, 2 sets down and then to actually pull off a win after that. Definitely something to be proud of.

So, it's a repeat of the final that we've seen in the past two years again. Last year Nadal almost pipped Federer to the ultimate prize in what many consider to be one of the greatest Wimbledon finals of all time. Will he be able to finally beat Federer on grass?

I think Nadal can pull it off this time. This isn't Federer's best year. Tough normally he's unbeatable on grass. I hope on an exciting grande finale with 5 sets. Smile

I know that Ronin doesn't like Federer at all, I kinda want him to win again. There's just something I don't like about Nadal he's a great player and seems to have a great sportsmanship but... I can't put my finger on it I just don't really like him.
