Also, what music do you think I should arrange? I'm having trouble choosing. I can also give you sheet music if you want, provided you have the Finale Songwriter 2010 or later program.

This will appeal to Colin and Astharis, because I have arranged a FFX Medley! It's called the Best of Final Fantasy X, because I got the idea from another medley, called the Best of Journey (Don't Stop Believin', etc.). I chose songs that are my favorites and your favorites too, one for Colin and Astharis; one for Lauren and Darryl, 2 for me [], and one for the that everyone knows, and hopefully loves. I worked really hard on this, but still may not sound too good... Some parts are slower than the song actually is.

Auron's Theme: Colin and Astharis
To Zanarkand: Lauren and Darryl
Assault and Ending Theme: ME!
Suteki Da Ne: Everyone

Ending Theme in this arrangement is called Sky Theme: Their Last Embrace.

I could sit back and say that I loved it, now dont get me wrong I did enjoy it but there are some things that took away from the atmosphere.

May I ask.. What did you use to sequence your pieces with?

Hmm I think the switch into the Assault piece is a bit unexpected and this can make it seem jerky.
But overall, the incorporation of themes in a medley is not easy to do, particularly when linking them together. Takeharu Ishimoto's work on the Dissidia ending piece which you've probably heard is (I think) a fantastic example of how to combine pieces into a medley. I'm not saying that's what you should be coming out with but perhaps it can be something to look at for switching into a generally faster paced song?

Sorry if that was harsh, but otherwise..
