Wow, I didn't think it would do well but to miss out on the top 40? That's really bad.

As far as i can tell, not only could this mean that the Dissidia title itself is just not popular among the Final Fantasy community, or that the FF community itself has shrunk within the last few key titles.

Or it could mean that 5 million people are going to be downloading it illegally, just like the original.

Well I think it’s just a poorly executed game, it’s a pity since it does have a unique fighting style which I find addictive. If only......they didn’t re-use most of its predecessors features and just learn from its mistakes.

I didn't see ANY commercial or anything for it here in NA either
Compared to the Japanese site, the English site was just a joke
That has to play it bad for the game
And you're right, the english trailer was awful
I haven't played the game yet (it just arrived today) but i'm PRAYING the VA ain't as bad as it did in the trailer
It shouldn't right?

I agree. NA DID NOT hype this game like Japan was I've seen IGN keep everyone updated on it but everyone else? No they just kept announcing characters and that's pretty much it. I kinda on the fence on the about the NA trailer they could have shown more CGI cutscenes the VA ain't bad i've been hearing Laguna's VA was bad but it was funny to hear him be the comic relief of the group. Overall the VA were perfect IMO I wouldn't worry about it if you loved the orginal voices of FF series then your in for a treat!

yeah I've finally managed to play it and it's ADDICTIVE
I actually like Laguna's voice, it suited him
on the fence about Vaan though, he's got some wicked moves but still annoying as usual haha
say how does Tifa's attack work? I've played some minor quick battles (at level 1) and it seems she can only hit VERY little BP at once
