Next up is, as Astharis puts it, "Bally" Balthier from Final Fantasy XII and he is facing "Kaka" Kefka from Final Fantasy VI! It's the leading man and the most psychotic villain in Final Fantasy history, yes, even more so than Sephiroth, he was just a mama's boy.
