lol there's a 90% chance you won't like him Spence. I think he's pretty chill and cool and has an interesting background story, but not many people like him as he is overpowered in terms of popularity by every other party member lol

The reason people dislike him is because he was pretty much just a vessel for you to experience FFXII through as a whole. He didn't really take much part in the story itself. He was just a spectator really. I don't have that much of a problem with him in Dissidia 2 though. I just don't see him adding much in terms of the narrative.

I dunno, he'd be cool if the development of the story went a LOT faster in XII...but it's so long to get to one small piece of story that you just stop caring...and he's pretty useless, in my opinion^^'

Speaking of which, if SE let you custom create your own character to play in his role, it would've at least made him bearable xD
