Great episode guys! I just started the first Assassin's Creed, and Altair is indeed quite lifeless. Also, I'm 15 this August, and I play Mature games. I've always been considered "mature" for my age, so I never really winced at anything. That's not to say my parents don't see what games I'm playing though. I always extensively research the games I'm buying before playing them, and my parents ask about the game. I completely agree that parents need to see the games they buy their kids though. It gets annoying to always see gaming as entertainment's whipping boy due to poor choices from people outside of the industry.

Okay Darryl. It's a fair point that you won't just suddenly become as mature as you need to be over night, on your 18th Birthday. However, you have to have a cut off point somewhere, and when you officially become an adult, seems like a good place to have that cut off point.

Another podcast listed to my favorites. As for the mature games discussion, I've been playing mature games since i was 8 years old but I've always known the difference between reality and fantasy in gaming (even though i sometimes want to live the Final Fantasy life *sigh*) but as you said VGs have been similar to films for a long time they just haven't been as graphical until now with all the new HD hardware i mean my first mature game was Resident Evil and i didn't think it would've affected me that much because the PS1 graphics weren't always so detailed.

Great episode guys! I wanna go to E3 so bad, but alas there are two things stopping me. Money, and I have no idea where E3 is held.

And for those of you who's parents think videogames are evil (Uncharted is too violent for me to play *eyeroll*) follow my not so good example and sneak games in!

Assassin's Creed is an odd series for me. I've wanted to play it so bad since I read the Assassin's Creed II debut article in GameInformer. Each game looks better and better (however the iPod version is aweful) but I just haven't gotten around to playing them. But after listening to this episode I want to get into the series!!!

And Chloe has to be in UC3 or I'm going to find Naughty Dog's writers and give them an edited version of the game featuring Chloe as the main character! I want this game so badly it isn't funny. (158 days left!)

It's held in LA. Unfortunately, it's not open to the public. You have to either be in the video game industry or a journalist, and you need to be 18 years or older.

It's been something that I've wanted to do since I was 12. I'm working to make it happen next year though!
