Same here. Burger definitely seems to have more of an idea of what the fans will want, while still keeping the general movie going populous happy. It's early days, so anything could still happen with it though.

I wonder if they will get Emily Rose to play Elena. That'd be good. And I'm glad Burger seems to know what's best for the UC franchise, and it seems like he genuinely wants to make this film good, which is good.

I'm going to go with my better judgement and remain optimistically skeptical about it, for now. At the very least, Burger seems to be on the right track, whereas it seemed David O. Russell was desperate to spin this into something he wanted to make, instead. It didn't help that Mark Wahlberg was still a bad cast call in my book for Nathan Drake.

That is probably true, though he obviously never sat down and 'played' through Metal Gear Solid 4.

This guy seems a lot better suited to make a good film, I hope he does. I'm actually getting a bit excited about it now. A little.

Uncharted is one of game series that you don't need pick up the first game to understand the story cause every game has a different story, but there all still connected.

I picked up uncharted 2 at Rodgers after a late shift, I loved the games since then. Other games you need to play from where the story begins.
