I just came across an post in the yahoo gaming blog, "plugged in" talking about a gamer who's rather, shall we say... well aged?

to put it simple, this woman was introduced to Bomberman on the Famicom by her grandchildren around 30 years ago. She has played it every day, and is still going strong.

Who'd of thought that playing old video games helps keep your mind sharp?

She wants a game to play, not a series to be disappointed in. Why do some people play chess all the time? Or dominoes? Or any game that doesn't feature a plot?

One shouldn't really laugh at another's death, but man that is unfortunate! Poor old lady, Square Enix owe her family an apology. xD Ironic that SE are the least likely company to care about this, or consider it when planning future games.
