That time is according to adriasang. Stating 12 hours from nearly midnight posting time on Wednesday. However if it's according to JP time, that would be... like right now. (10:30pm CST)

Yea, I have it downloaded and having to update my PSP before I can put it on there. I got it from PSN with my JP account.

Edit: 30 minutes into playing it, wow amazing visuals, messed up happenings, and I have to force myself to put the game down because I need sleep. I love this game so much.
