I dont think it's a publicity stunt, he's getting sued! I think Notch has a point, "Streets of Rage" is alot like "RAGE". So what's the difference between "The Elder Scrolls" and "Scrolls"? It might be the economy, everyone needs money these days.

A lawsuit is a very popular and efficient way to gain publicity. I'm sure bethesda realizes they have no case. The only reason they're suing is to gain publicity because when they lose, well, there really isn't anything for them to lose.
