Dragon Warrior for the NES. Most of the music in that game will indeed make your ears bleed, and this is coming from someone who loves 8-bit music

I have to agree with you Asthraris although i love games i wouldn't say i am as good as other people are i just play them because i like them but if i get really stuck the music makes me even more annoyed.

When you're in there for over 1 hour trying to get the destruction sphere, this kinda gets on your nerves.

I didn't hate all the music from FF XIII, in fact, some of that music is awesome. But there is one part of the game when it's got that nice tune that is in every piece in that game, and it has lyrics that are on about walking into rainbows and reaching for the sky, or something, and this made me really annoyed, and what's more, I remember spending forever at the bit where this music was played.

I love the game, but 'Heresy' from FFVIII - the track that plays when you confront NORG on Disc 2 - gets on my nerves.
