well...considering that PS2 games get a lot more chances of being successful HD remakes, i definitely agree with this move, and just to piss everyone off i think this should be released before Versus XIII


I'm just trolling you guys , but seriously if they are going to start on this soon, at least put another team in charge that ISN'T already developing another PS3/V game (actually forget i said that, I'm assuming that HD remakes aren't REALLY that time consuming, but do indeed correct me if I'm wrong)

This is a long shot... but I'm predicting Square Enix to announce a Kingdom Hearts re-release before the end of TGS.

On a slightly more relevant note, how much would a rerelease retail for? About the same price as the original when it came out?

I could justify that price tag if they pair a HD remastering of XII as well. Well, we got SotC and ICO in a bundle for the same price, and on a hard copy Blu-Ray.

this is great news, one of the best FF coming to HD, but lets hope its not alone, i really want a FFX and FFX-2 bundle, both interntional versions

i wouldnt be surprised, Nomura said that a KH Collection was a possibility, and with the 10th anniversary coming he wanted to do something special, lets hope they announce it

I agree with you there, wow that usually never happens. Its not like the HD collection brings anything new but the HD part. I could pick up the original versions of a collection at my local game shop and get it for $30 or less all together.

$40 for a whole collection has a ton of replay value which makes its really worth your money.
