If you look at Apple recently, I'd have to disagree. Jobs has gone on multiple leaves due to medical reasons and Tim Cook has filled in for him on each occasion. There's a reason why Jobs appointed him CEO after he stepped down and I believe it's because he can get the job done.

I heard about Steve Jobs passing on Twitter then my GamingUnion friends on Facebook were putting up there status' of Steve's passing.

Then I saw my regular friends updates and they wondered who Steve Jobs was, they found out eventually thanks to Wikipedia. Its just kinda sad that there are people out there who didn't know about a great man like Steve Jobs.

Thats just sad really.

Edit: I will be making a youtube video about my thoughts of Steve Jobs later this week. You don't have to watch it, but I have to put my feelings about this event into some other medium.

I'm no big fan of Apple, but the man was great. He will be remembered as an innovator and as a businessman, two fields in which he was unparalleled. He has been honoured worldwide today, and he deserves it.
