I will highly suggest the soundtrack to Ace Combat 5. Different type of game with an some great pieces.
Also, Valkyria Chronicles. That also had some beautiful pieces.

The Twilight Princess soundtrack is one of my favorites! Ocarina of Time too! It'd be nice if you could take a look at one of those. The Zelda series has a lot of awesome tracks.

I hope no one hates me for this, but I'm going to say FF VI, VII and IX. Umm... Super Mario Galaxy? Those are just the ones at the top of my head right now.
