The initial installation could take a while. It's pretty simple, just a bit long-winded. You have to partition your drive for Windows before starting the installation. Otherwise, the guide will hold your hand throughout the process.

As for using it for games, it's not bad. I have a 4 year old iMac with a pretty aged graphics card (ATI Radeon HD2600) with 2GB RAM (only recently upgraded to 4GB) and it managed to run Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on medium settings, Borderlands, League of Legends, Far Cry 2, Mass Effect 1 & 2, Left 4 Dead, etc. on med/high. Final Fantasy XIV ran at low settings of course. xD

I use bootcamp, if you have any questions you can pm me and most likely I can help you. The set up is very simple, and easy to reverse if something does go wrong (which I have never had happen). Good luck!

I've ran Bootcamp to play World of Warcraft(max setting) and Ragnarok. It ran perfect but a little hot on my '08MacbookPro. So I put a fan tool to set the fan speed to keep it cool as well as set FPS to cap at 30. Not required, but made me more confortable with it.

Sadly with my MacbookPro it came with some pretty terrible graphics drivers for Windows side. Everything I read on it showed it doesn't ever downclock itself so it runs way too heavy and thus produced a lot of heat.

Outside from that, I made sure to always have a USB mouse with it since the MBP of course didn't work well with right clicking.

Smoking Fast, BootCamp was easy to setup, Runs a little hot but you can remedy, and having a good windows mouse is a must.
