I think I'm going to do the master criminal achievement tonight. I need to unlatch myself from this game somehow. If I don't play this I'll probably play dark souls though, no winning. I have finals starting next week

Yeah! The bards college doesn't care, none of the guilds really care if you're affiliated with them all. I kinda like to play my characters like they have a story though. So that being said, I wont be joining the companions or the mages college on my assassin.

It's the Companion quest line, where Skjor dies at the hands of the Silver Hand. Kodlak is gone and I'm the new Companion Harbinger, but I went into Skjor's room after all of that and there he is sleeping in his bed. Even gave me a mission. xD

That character was definitely supposed to remain permanently deceased!

I've been pretty addicted.

Im about 45 hours in but I haven't had the time that some people have had to play.

Some of the side missions are really good and I really like the smithing. I've been running around with Glass armor.

However I'm about ready to stop playing till a patch to fix the patch they already released for the PS3 comes out so the game stops freezing and really causing a lot of problems.
