Final Fantasy XIII
The thirteenth major instalment in the ever popular Final Fantasy franchise developed by Square Enix, Final Fantasy XIII casts players into an unforgiving world of prejudice as Lightning and her cohorts fight for their lives after being labeled l'Cie, enemies of Cocoon. The new ATB system allows players to macro-manage their party during combat, enabling a fast-paced and fluid battle system reminiscent of the action packed scenes from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

| 9 | Having originally started out as a PlayStation 2 game, Final Fantasy XIII has certainly enjoyed a long, and sometimes bumpy development cycle. One thing has never changed though, the anticipation surrounding this game. After Lightning was first shown during E3 2006, fans were eagerly waiting the next small snippet of news. They just wanted to find out more about the next installment into one of the most successful franchises of all time. Well, the wait is over.
