During EA's fiscal third-quarter announcement, an outline of release dates was unveiled including a plethora of major games from the publisher. These titles include Crysis 2, Dead Space 2, Dragon Age 2, as well as a console port of the massively popular PC title, The Sims 3.
The ports if The Sims and Crysis 2 will see a release sometime in the fourth quarter of 2010. Although it is unclear exactly which systems The Sims 3 will be ported to, Crysis 2 will see a launch on PC as well as the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles.
Dead Space 2 and Dragon Age 2 will see releases sometime around the first quarter of 2011, with Dragon Age seeing a handheld project for the same time slot. The handheld was not specified, but will most likely be a PSP, DS, and iPhone multi-platform.
It seems like there are quite a few new developments coming out of EA, so it should be an interesting Winter period again this year.
