Natsume's latest agricultural game, Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley, launches today in North America on the PSP. The newest Harvest Moon focuses on Leaf Valley, a place threatened to be bulldozed by a corporation called, 'Funland'. In order to stop this merciless exploitation the player must raise animals, grow crops and save the farm through the strength of their own personal farming industry.
In other words, Hero of Leaf Valley looks to have roughly the same formula as past versions of the game. The game will have multiple endings, girls to marry, and townsfolk to meet. Other recurring elements include mining ores and gems, and working various part-time jobs around town.
Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley releases today in stores, but there's no word on a PSN release for PSP Go owners.
